BUSINESS BOOTCAMP

Over the two days, you will leave with the following:

• A Business Plan

• An Action Plan

• A Marketing Plan

• Branding for your Business

Join us for our first Business Bootcamp! Symi will be leading the bootcamp and will be with you all throughout the weekend. We will start on Saturday morning (doors open from 8am) with some coffee/tea and light refreshments as we get ready to begin for 9am. During the morning we will have open discussions about your businesses now and push through to explore areas we could and should be thinking about. We will use this information to help us after lunch put together our business plan. Each student will have the tools and materials provided by Symi to enable them to go away from the first day with a better vision of their business now - and for the next 5 years. That evening we will go for a group meal together (location to be confirmed) - this is not included in the Boot Camp but will cost around £15-£20 for a main meal.

For the second day, we will then break down our business plans and put an action plan in place. We will spend the morning pushing ourselves with time management, scheduling our work flow & thinking about our branding including making our own mood boards. After lunch we will then think and put in place as much as possible our marketing plan.

Lunches are included. You will not need any materials for this workshop per say - but if you did want to bring your laptop or ipad it would be recommended for typing things up & for research purposes. If you prefer a note pad and pen, they are provided.

Doors will open at the HQ each morning at 8am with a prompt start of 9am. We will finish coaching at 5pm both days. At 12pm we will break for a 1 hour lunch which is included.

Not really. We will provide notepads & pens. It would be good if you could bring and ipad or a laptop if you have one. This is more for research purposes and not essential.

Yes! Joe will be recording the entire day (minus the lunches). For the break outs, we will arrange that so you are breaking out in rooms on Zoom.

If you let us know 4 weeks before the workshop itself, there is a 90% refund minus admin fees.
